Beem obtains its investment opportunities via a network built over 25 years of investing by its founder. Beem does not participate in an active auction process for a deal.

Beem looks for alternative strategies to generate reliable cash yields that can be distributed regularly.
OPEN-ENDED TIMELINE
Beem seeks opportunities that may potentially exceed the target holding period of a typical private equity fund, as Family Offices often have an indefinite range available. This prevents ill-timed exits due to fund expiration or fundraising needs.
CREATIVE STRUCTURES
Beem works closely with its backers and sellers to find the right structure for each opportunity. This can be majority, minority, include specially-tailored earnouts, entry/exit rights, all done in a spirit of collaborative partnership. This also includes custom-tailored incentive structures for Beem.
